A big supplier of the automobile industry is celebrating its 100. anniversary with a big party for the employees and partners. In total 2000 employees have to be moved to and from the event location. The employees come from foreign sites, from sites all over Bavaria and the nearest surroundings of Munich as well as the main train station.
And here is the way of Autobus Oberbayern handling it
20 coaches in total are blocked only for this event. We are responsible for the transportation of foreign employes from the airport to the hotels, to the location and back to the hotels.
The regional sites where connected with a direct transfer line to the party.
The local employees could choose between the shuttle to the parking places, shuttle to public transportation or to main spots in the surroundings.
During the whole event dispatcher and hostesses where on spot making sure everything is running well.
