One of our clients wants to invite 300 persons on two different weeks to Munich. The services of Autobus Oberbayern for this event where: transportation, accommodation, program and taking care on spot.

And here is the way of Autobus Oberbayern handling it

The following program was developed:

Day 1

  • Transfer airport - Hotel - check In
  • Evening: Welcome Dinner

Day 2

  • Morning: conference
  • Afternoon: City Tour with visit of Dachau
  • Evening: free

Day 3

  • Day tour to Landshut and surrounding with lunch
  • Evening: visit of the Hofbräuhaus

Day 4

  • Day tour and sightseeing of Rothenburg
  • Dinner in the hotel

Day 5

  • Day tour to the Castles Linderhof and Neuschwanstein

Day 6

  • Morning: technical tour
  • Afternoon: 4 different programs to choose
  • Evening dine around

Day 7

  • Transport to Salzburg - Check In

Day 8 

  • Day tour to Berchtesgaden
  • Evening: farewell dinner

Day 9

  • Transfer to the Munich Airport and departure

During the whole stay many guides where on spot, at the Guest Relations Desk, giving all the information the clients needed. High flexibility was asked because the number of people taking the optional tours was changing every hour.
